Can a student stay
on campus over the Winter or Summer
break?
Answer: This is a possibility if
the student is planning on attending the Bible
College after the break is complete.

Are there jobs
available in the community for students while
they are enrolled in school?
Answer: It is possible for
students to get work while on the island. The two
most common type of jobs are construction and
restaurants. There are some employment
opportunities available through business owners
in the church. We ask that students not work more
than 20 hours a week while enrolled full time in
school.

How much does it
cost to fly to Kauai?
Answer: A recent check
(06/18/08) of airfare for the Fall semester
yielded the following results (all are round

If you are booking a flight to Kauai you will
want to fly into Lihue. The airport code for
Lihue is LIH. For most flights you will be given
a layover in Honolulu. We do require all of our
students to purchase round trip tickets before
starting each semester

Answer: We do offer a pastor's
kids discount and a few other types of discounts.

What is the best
cell phone company in Kauai?
Answer: By far the best coverage
is offered by AT&T; also Verizon has coverage
on the church property.
Question:
Can a student
easily connect to the internet when at the church
campus?
Answer: The only internet connection at the
church campus is by a satellite card. These are
offered through Verizon or Sprint. They cost
about $60 a month.
Question:
How does a student
sign up for classes?
Answer: Students register for
classes during the orientation week. All books
can be purchased at this time also.
Question: How much extra money should a
student have on a monthly basis.
Answer: Some of the things that
students will need money for are transportation,
eating food in town, toiletries, special
activities like hiking and kayaking. A rough
price per month per student would be between
$75-$100.
