Discounts
and Credits (Fall 2010)
Only one type of
the following discounts or credits may be used
per student per semester. These discounts only
apply to full-time on-campus students This means
that a pastor's kid who was homeschooled and
knows how to do computer programing will not
receive discounts for all three qualifications.
The most substantial discount that the student
qualifies for will be utilized toward the
students tuition. All discounts and credits must
be applied for prior to the semester. For the
Fall 2010 Semester
all requests for
discounts must be submitted on or before
August 25th.

Other
Special Discounts
Referred a Friend Discount or "Head
Hunter" Discount
We offer a $450 discount to our current students
for every new student that attends based off of
their referral. Only one current student can
claim a new student as the student they referred.
This means that multiple current students cannot
claim the same new student for a credit. The
Bible College bases this discount on the new
student's answer to the question "Who referred
you to Kauai Bible College" on their application.
Again, only one current student can qualify for
one new student, not multiple current students.
It is possible for a current student to receive
stacked discounts if they are referring more than
one new student. If five new students attend
based off of current students recommendation then
the current student will receive a $1,500
discount.
Payment
Plans
Payment plans are an option for
students who are short on funds up front. Payment
plans must be negotiated and approved by our
accounting office. A typical payment plan
requires the bed payment to be paid up front
along with a percentage of remainder. The balance
owed to the school is then divided into three
equal payments to be paid monthly before the
semester ends. We require that all payment plans
have the students balance back to zero before
they leave. There is an additional $125 fee for
using a payment plan as well as a $25 fee for
late payments.
Scholarships
Kauai Bible College does not currently
have any type of scholarships or access to
federal funds to assist students with their
tuition. We allow students to arrange payment
plans with our accounting department if a student
feels they cannot pay their entire tuition up
front. This is only an option for students who
have made inquiry with the financial department
and received a letter stating the structure of
the payment plan.
If a student desires to attend Bible College, but
does not have sufficient funds, we recommend that
they inquire with their local church for support
or with other family and friends who would be
willing to help financially.
